Staff Platform Engineer
You will lead platform and infrastructure work that makes shipping safer — environments, monitoring, CI, and the operational glue teams actually use.

Design and evolve shared platform capabilities across engagements
Improve incident response paths, runbooks, and environment parity
Partner with delivery leads to remove friction from how teams ship
Set durable standards without turning them into ceremony

Deep experience with cloud infrastructure and delivery pipelines
Track record making reliability work quieter for product teams
Ability to mentor and set technical direction across projects
Comfort balancing urgency with lasting operational design
