Compliance Operations Lead
You will help partners make compliance move with delivery — controls in the workflow, evidence as work happens, and policies that stay current.
What you’ll do
Design compliance workflows that fit how teams already ship
Build evidence trails that stay audit-ready without fire drills
Partner with engineering on practical control automation
Translate regulatory and policy needs into operable process
What you bring
Experience running compliance or GRC programs in product organizations
Comfort working with engineers on controls and evidence systems
Clear communication with auditors and internal stakeholders
Practical judgment about what is durable versus performative
