You will help partners move from pilots to production agent workflows — grounded in their data, with evaluation, observability, and clear control boundaries.
What you’ll do
Design agent workflows tied to real systems and measurable outcomes
Build evaluation and observability so failures are visible early
Work with security and compliance stakeholders on governance boundaries
Ship scoped rollouts instead of open-ended experiments
What you bring
Hands-on experience shipping LLM or agent systems beyond demos
Strong software engineering fundamentals in production environments
Comfort explaining risk and capability trade-offs to non-specialists
Interest in evaluation, tooling, and operational readiness
